Description
This is the fence of the house of the artists Olga Motovilova and Ilya Komov. The lady of the house painted the town's sights on the fence, along with proverbs and sayings for every occasion.
Romanov-Borisoglebsk changed its name to Tutaev only in 1918, in honor of a Red Army soldier killed during the Yaroslavl Uprising. The Volga divides the town into two unequal parts, with the right bank much larger. But that doesn't mean there's nothing to see on the left. Let's stroll past the main sights of the left bank.
