The Passage Hotel

In the second half of the 18th century a building went up at 2 Marii Ulyanovoy Street that later housed the Passage Hotel. It was substantially rebuilt at the end of the 19th century. The place went down in history in 1917, when Sergei Yesenin, his bride Zinaida Reich and the poet Alexey Ganin had lunch here. Years later, the historic building became home to the city outpatient clinic for a long time.
