Teriberka is a small settlement on the Kola Peninsula that has become a true gem for travelers. On this route you'll understand why the village became the most Instagrammable place in Russia and feel the atmosphere of a real “edge of the earth.” Even the most demanding foodies will be delighted by the fresh local sea urchins and scallops. And with a bit of luck you can photograph real whales, seals and, of course, a sky lit up by the northern lights.

Westeros

And we're back to “Game of Thrones.” Remember the dragons that kept appearing on the big screen? There's a theory that they lived in Teriberka for a while and left their offspring here. At least that's what the locals say. And they compare the local scenery to the landscapes of Westeros.

Specially Protected Area

The nature park was created in 2020 to protect unique natural landscapes, rare plants and animals, and historic sites. Today the area has specially protected status. The park is divided into two main zones: recreational and conservation. The recreational zone is for active leisure, ecotourism and events. The conservation zone exists to preserve natural ecosystems in their original state, without human interference.

Filming Location

Teriberka Nature Park has become a popular location for films, TV series and commercials. Notable projects include “Leviathan” (2014), “Deep Bay” (2020) and “My North” (2021). These films not only draw tourists but also help showcase the region's natural beauty.
